John Weisser is the President of First Coast Retirement Solutions, where he has been helping clients navigate the complexities of retirement planning since 2009. With a focus on tailored financial strategies, John specializes in protecting and maximizing retirement income through a range of solutions, including annuities, life insurance, long-term care coverage, and disability insurance. His comprehensive approach also incorporates estate planning and tax-efficient strategies to help clients meet their long-term retirement goals.

In addition to his role as a retirement planner, John brings a diverse professional background as a previously licensed Public Insurance Adjuster and Real Estate Broker. His multifaceted expertise enables him to offer clients a holistic perspective on financial security and asset protection.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, John began his career as a Media Strategist and Buyer at Starcom Worldwide, where he led branding and media initiatives for major national clients including Allstate, Bass Pro Shops, Luxottica, and Bally Total Fitness. He earned his degree in Public Relations and Business from Marquette University’s College of Communication in 2004.

John relocated to the First Coast with his wife, Agatha, and their two sons, in 2023. He is actively involved in several philanthropic and community organizations and is dedicated to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.

Agatha Weisser is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Client Relations at First Coast Retirement Solutions and the Vice President of Lending at US Financial, Ltd. With over 20 years of experience as a residential mortgage broker, she brings deep industry knowledge and a client-first approach to every aspect of her work. In her dual roles, Agatha oversees strategic relationship management and mortgage operations, including processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing services.

Agatha earned her degree in Finance from Marquette University's College of Business Administration. She is an active member of AIME (Association of Independent Mortgage Experts), where she continues to stay engaged with industry trends and professional development.

Originally from Chicago, Agatha now resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with her husband and two children.
