Agatha (Karas) Weisser

Agatha Weisser is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Client Relations at First Coast Retirement Solutions and the Vice President of Lending at US Financial, Ltd. With over 20 years of experience as a residential mortgage broker, she brings deep industry knowledge and a client-first approach to every aspect of her work. In her dual roles, Agatha oversees strategic relationship management and mortgage operations, including processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing services.

Agatha earned her degree in Finance from Marquette University's College of Business Administration. She is an active member of AIME (Association of Independent Mortgage Experts), where she continues to stay engaged with industry trends and professional development.

Originally from Chicago, Agatha now resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with her husband and two children.
